Growth & Demand

Lead generation that sales accepts.

Volume is easy to buy and impossible to close. We build outbound and inbound into a single qualified queue, working to a definition of qualified that your sales lead signed before the first email went out.

What the engagement covers

Two sources, one queue.

Outbound and inbound are usually run by different people against different targets, which is how a company ends up with two pipelines and no reliable forecast. Here they are scored the same way and land in the same place.

Profile built from closed-won data

We start in your CRM, not in a workshop. The target profile comes from the accounts that actually signed and renewed, including the ones your team would not have predicted.

Account and contact sourcing

Contacts researched and verified individually against public sources, with lawful basis documented per list. We do not buy databases, because bought data is why sending domains get blocked.

Outbound sequences

Email and LinkedIn sequences written per segment, referencing a problem the recipient recognises. Volume is deliberately capped per domain to protect deliverability.

Inbound capture and routing

Forms, qualification logic and routing rules so an enquiry reaches the right person with context attached, instead of sitting in a shared inbox until it goes cold.

Sales enablement assets

One-pagers, objection handling notes and comparison documents built from the recorded reasons deals were lost, so the material answers what buyers actually ask.

CRM hygiene and stage definitions

Written definitions for every pipeline stage, deduplication, and required fields enforced at entry. Without this the reporting on every other service is guesswork.

Why this works

Four rules that keep the queue clean.

Lead generation collapses when marketing is paid for volume and sales is paid for revenue. These four rules remove that conflict at the start rather than arguing about it every quarter.

  1. Sales defines qualified, before the first email

We write the definition with your sales lead, in specifics: company size, role, trigger event and what disqualifies. It is signed off before any sequence goes live, so a rejected lead becomes a data point rather than a dispute about whose fault it was.

  2. Deliverability is treated as infrastructure

Sending runs from a dedicated subdomain with authentication records configured properly and volume warmed over weeks. Your primary domain is never used for cold outreach. Recovering a burned domain takes months, and most agencies find that out on a client's account.

  3. Rejected leads are the most valuable data we get

Every rejection is logged with a reason, and the reasons are reviewed weekly. Within two months the pattern is obvious and targeting narrows around it. An agency that never asks why a lead was rejected will keep producing the same rejected lead.

  4. Reported by stage, not by lead count

The weekly report shows how many reached each pipeline stage and what happened next. Lead count on its own can be inflated indefinitely without moving revenue, which is exactly why it remains the most quoted metric in the industry.

What you get

Outcomes you can hold us to.

Targets are set against your own baseline during onboarding. If your current data cannot produce a baseline, fixing that is the first deliverable.

Under 5%

Rejection rate

Planning target for the share of delivered leads rejected by sales as out of scope, assessed from month three and adjusted to the signed baseline.

Week 3

First sequences live

Two weeks of profile work and domain warm-up, then sending begins. Anything faster risks the sending reputation you cannot buy back.

Signed definition

Qualified lead criteria

Sales approves the firmographic, situational and exclusion criteria before outbound or inbound routing goes live.

24 hours

Opt-out honoured

Every unsubscribe or objection is processed within one business day and suppressed permanently across all lists.

The detail

Terms, team and compliance.

We work under your data controller responsibilities with a processing agreement in place. Lawful basis is documented per list before sending, and we will refuse a target list that cannot support one.

Questions we are asked first

Before you send a brief.

If your question is not here, write to info@bari-buti.com and you will get a direct answer from the person who would run the work.

No. Purchased lists carry no documented lawful basis, contain a high share of dead addresses and will damage the sending reputation of any domain used to mail them. We research and verify contacts individually. It is slower, and it is the reason our sending domains still work after two years.

A dedicated subdomain that we register and warm specifically for your outbound, with authentication records configured before the first send. Your primary domain stays untouched, so a bad month of engagement can never affect your invoices, contracts or support email reaching customers.

Business-to-business outreach in the EU generally relies on legitimate interest, which requires a documented assessment, a genuine relevance to the recipient's role and a working opt-out in every message. We produce that documentation per list and keep it available for inspection. Where a market or a list will not support it, we say so and we do not send.

Yes, where you want that. Our preference is to hand over a qualified conversation with context and let your team set the meeting, because a booked slot with an unprepared prospect wastes an hour of senior sales time. Both models are available and the choice is set at kickoff.

Each rejection is logged against a reason from the agreed definition, and the reasons drive the next targeting revision. If rejection stays above the agreed threshold after month three, the retainer is reduced until it comes back under. That is written into the engagement, because the risk should not sit entirely with you.

Next step

Show us your closed-won accounts, and we will show you where the next ten are.

The pipeline review is a fixed-fee engagement covering profile analysis, list sizing and a deliverability assessment of your current setup.
