Three of these create demand and three of them convert and measure it. Whichever you start with, the engagement reports against qualified pipeline and closed revenue rather than against activity.

These are not aspirations, they are contractual. They are also the reason we occasionally lose a pitch to an agency willing to promise faster.
Every retainer opens with a diagnostic: tracking audit, funnel economics and a ranked execution plan. Nothing structural is altered until both sides agree the baseline, because without a baseline neither of us can prove anything afterwards.
The people in the proposal are the people on the account. There is no account management layer relaying messages between you and whoever is actually in the platform, which is where most of the cost and nearly all of the delay in agency work hides.
Accounts, tracking layer, repositories, reporting queries and campaign history stay yours throughout and on exit. Nothing is built so that only we can maintain it. Lock-in is a commercial strategy, not a technical necessity.
Platforms invoice you directly and we never take a percentage of spend. The retainer covers the work and does not grow because your budget did, which removes any incentive for us to recommend spending more than the numbers support.

Fixed-fee audits are available on every service and stand alone. The written findings remain usable whether implementation is handled internally or scoped separately.
